The State of L&D Video and AI

Video has become the lifeblood of corporate learning. L&D professionals know that, but a lot of them are too time-pressed to make all the video they need to make. Could AI solve that? It could—if L&D pros can overcome a few policy and technical problems.

It shows 81% of them are using AI weekly, 71% are open to AI support in video work, and 89% expect productivity gains from AI tools. But only 43% report clear, supportive policies and many lack the right technology.
