Joanne Scouler is a Curriculum Architect at IBM where she does the business planning and course development for systems engineering tools. She has been involved in e-Learning and instructor-led training in many different capacities for the past twenty years. Prior to IBM Joanne worked at companies including Telelogic, Addison-Wesley, 3Com Corporation, Symantec, and Hewlett-Packard.
