Grayley McWatters has been a lifelong learner and adult educator for the past 30 years. Beginning in 1995, as an eLearning pioneer, he led the formation and development of the first virtual high school in Canada. Since that time, he has implemented numerous blended and online training programs in a variety of other sectors including finance, transportation, and government. He is currently completing a MS degree in organizational performance and workplace learning (OPWL) at Boise State University. He also serves as a Graduate Assistant to faculty in the OPWL department.
