Erika Coleman

Founder & CEO, Virtual Crown

Erika Coleman has been testing learning theories for as long as she can remember. She graduated as valedictorian of the sociology department at Brigham Young University. She worked in both the non-profit and training industries until 2017, when she started her own company, Virtual Crown. She firmly believes that good training moves people through storytelling, discussion, and application, and has centered Virtual Crown around creating human connections through virtual technology.
