Brian McWalters is the senior developer at CarMax who joined the company in 2010 to develop engaging online content and pull the learning for CarMax into the 21st century. Prior to arriving at CarMax he worked at Bank of America for 12 years in a variety of instructional design roles, from designing and developing a series of online courses to traditional classroom training that ranged from one day to three weeks.
