Learning and Talent has quietly built its own version of shadow IT: an LMS for delivery, a generic project tool for intake, a spreadsheet for capacity, a goals platform that tracks the OKR but not the work behind it, and — more often than anyone wants to admit — a person carrying the rest in their head.
