We’re looking for a Supervisor of Instructional Design to lead a high‑performing team delivering operationally critical learning at speed and scale.
This role is for you if you:
✅Are fluent in ADDIE and SAM, and know how to apply them pragmatically in rapid‑change operational settings
✅Have 5+ years as an Instructional Designer, ideally supporting contact centers, distribution centers, or frontline operations
✅Love developing, mentoring, and coaching ISDs, not just managing workflows
✅Are energized by high‑volume, high‑priority learning ecosystems where accuracy, clarity, and speed matter.
What you’ll bring:
✅ Strong project management skills across multiple, overlapping initiatives
✅ Proven ability to design learning tied to operational KPIs, productivity metrics, compliance outcomes, and ROI
✅ Experience translating complex processes into clear, actionable learning for agents, supervisors, and frontline leaders
✅ Background supporting performance in call centers, DCs, or tightly regulated environments
✅ Prior people‑lead or lead‑designer experience (formal or informal)
