Employing working knowledge of current technologies, and working as part of the instructional design team, adds high-quality technical photography and videography to create engaging, interactive, and effective webinars, workshops, and online and in-person courses.
This position will ensure delivery of assigned duties and program services in accordance with the Agency Vision, Mission, and Values and applicable program contracts, manuals, and guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
· Possess a ready to share professional portfolio of photo and/or video work demonstrating experience with real-world, non-event, or documentation-focused projects
· Two years of professional experience with both photography and videography, including capturing clear, well-composed visuals in real-world settings
· Ability to work effectively in non-studio, field-based environments, adapting to changing conditions while maintaining technical accuracy
· Possess professional equipment needed to deliver high-quality and usable results
· Two years’ experience documenting technical, mechanical, construction, or operational work
· Working knowledge of basic video and photo editing, with attention to clarity, pacing, and usability
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical direction and project guidelines
· Ability to manage time, stay organized, and meet deadlines across multiple small projects
· Ability to learn and adapt quickly
· Ability to communicate professionally with others
· Possess technical equipment which produces high quality results
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Characteristics, and Abilities:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in media production, communications, photography, videography, film, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Two years’ experience creating media for training, documentation, or instructional purposes
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Premiere Pro, Lightroom) and/or TechSmith Camtasia

Starting Wage: $40.00-$50.00
