The issues employees encounter in the workplace rarely happen in isolated silos. Nor should learning. Employees who mishandle issues often create additional issues, and building these realities into our courses can raise awareness in a meaningful way.
Blended storylines show learners how different issues intersect and build on one another both positively and negatively. They also provide an opportunity to develop relatable characters who address issues that learners are likely to encounter. This session will explore strategies for providing multi-topic learning through effective blended storytelling. Learn to use blended storylines to improve the efficiency, realism, and retention of your learning content.
