As the Learning Leaders Online Forum draws to a close, we shift our focus to the future and the skills that learning leaders need to grow and thrive. This requires figuring out how we can continue to develop our leadership skills in the fast-moving world of everyday work.
In the closing panel session, our panel of experts will share strategies for integrating leadership skills development into our everyday work. We’ll examine the obstacles that often prevent prioritizing professional development, and how to overcome them. We’ll also share specific ideas that you can apply in your own work that will help make building your leadership skills a habit that is integrated into your daily work.
