Performance support is growing around us—iPad and iPhone apps present navigation tips upon launch, popular software applications launch guided tours of features, and eCommerce sites provide step-by-step guidance and chat support on demand. Although performance support surrounds us as consumers, many organizations, and learning and HR practitioners, are at varying levels of adoption and integration in the workplace. The ability to drive the paradigm shift from performance support as an afterthought to performance support integrated to support all workplace strategies, technologies, and initiatives is critical.

This session will cover the various levels of adoption and understanding of performance support as well as provide scenarios to integrate performance support in overall workplace management strategy. It will present a framework that you can leverage to increase workplace integration of performance support.
