Learnetic SA will present
their flagship product mAuthor, which is a combination powerful authoring
tool and cloud-based ePublishing development platform, dedicated to building
highly interactive digital content and coordinating the workflow of project teams involved in the creation process. This is the
company’s first time at the DevLearn Conference & Expo.
With over a hundred powerful functional modules, instructional designers can
develop the most complex tasks, activities, simulations, or educational
games. Originally designed to support demanding math and science projects,
it is perfectly suited to create advanced product- and process-related training.
Also, thanks to mAuthor’s extended feedback and reporting capabilities,
the tool supports adaptive learning paths tailored to the learner’s actual
level of knowledge.
At DevLearn, Learnetic will be presenting for the very first time its latest
version, which is compliant with the WCAG—Web Content
Accessibility Guidelines Level 2.0. All of mAuthor’s presentation and activity
modules are equipped with additional functionalities that make them accessible
for people with disabilities. Specially designed editorial modules and new
properties enable the traditional media files with text, photos, films,
or animations to be extended by additional data necessary for people with
movement, sight, or hearing impairments. The WCAG compliance is
becoming more and more important, as in many countries, especially in
Europe, it is mandatory for digital learning projects developed for public
institutions and general public.
