Measurement & Evaluation Online Conference 2020 - September 30, 2020
Director, Customer Education
In today's business climate, we need to be able to justify our existence by demonstrating a return on investment (ROI) in the areas of profitability, cost savings, efficiency, and employee turnover. This can be overwhelming to a learning and development professional who has never had to think about these considerations before, and they might not even know where to begin. After all, there's no report in the LMS that automatically calculates the impact a leadership course taken by a manager has on his/her team's turnover rate.
In this session you will learn how PartsSource identified key measures of success for their customer education program. You will understand why they chose the metrics they did and see how they measured and reported on them to key stakeholders across the organization. You'll learn how measurement is embedded into the design of each course and learning event offered, as well as reveal some internal metrics used by their customer education team to measure efficiency and productivity.
