Leading UK supply chain company Wincanton used innovative and immersive filmed 360VR learning to achieve 300% ROI for essential health and safety training. Wincanton already knew which safety issues were happening most frequently and were costing them the most in terms of time, money, and inconvenience, so tackling those was their priority.

In this webinar, they will discuss how the learning was devised to optimize the content and its delivery for their drivers and warehouse staff, allowing it to be accessed in the classroom or online by individual trainees. Listen as they explain how filming at one of their own depots added a degree of realism that they couldn't have achieved any other way and how the interactions kept learners engaged and thinking throughout the course. Distributed on cell phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, headsets, and screencast in training rooms, each of the three topic scenarios using real employees, not actors, took just one day to film.
