201 More Than a Message Board: Community, Growth, and Connection Across the Social Learning Continuum

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 5

Social learning promises to engage employees, create avenues for skill sharing, and build empathy—so, why is it so difficult to design? Using insights from innovative coursework with Microsoft, we’ll investigate learner-led strategies that inspire connection.

In this session, we'll demystify the social learning continuum by exploring examples from a groundbreaking facilitator-free program. You’ll leave empowered to find ways, big and small, to foster authentic community and growth in the workplace.

In this session you will learn to:

  • Engage learners in their own development
  • Optimize the social learning experience for your desired outcomes
  • Build community between learners
  • Make space for social learning in your L&D program
