Leaders at all levels and across departments are grappling with employee demands for greater flexibility as we all adjust to a more digital and dispersed workplace. Learning leaders are adapting our approach as we attempt to anticipate the skills and behaviors our organizations will need to thrive.

In this panel discussion, three learning leaders join host Pamela Hogle, The Learning Guild’s program manager for the Learning 2022 Conference, in a conversation about the essential skills that learning leaders need for themselves, their teams, and their organizations’ leadership. We’ll explore the role of learning leadership in upskilling & reskilling employees, and influencing culture to meet the evolving needs of our learners, our colleagues, and our leaders.

Pamela Hogle

Program Manager

The Learning Guild

Pamela S. Hogle, a program manager at The Learning Guild, focuses on eLearning technology and trends and explores the ways that L&D professionals can lead changes in mindset and behavior throughout their organizations. She brings these interests to her work creating engaging and relevant content for Learning Solutions magazine and Learning Guild conferences. An experienced journalist, technical writer, and eLearning content developer, Pam has worked in Israel and the United States. She holds master's degrees in journalism and human-canine life sciences. 

Lynne McNamee

President

Lone Armadillo Learning

Lynne McNamee is the president of Lone Armadillo Learning. She has managed marketing campaigns for companies such as Avis, HP, and Bank of America, and recently was the marketing director for Bluewater, consultants for learning, talent, and human capital management. Lone Armadillo Marketing Agency, which Lynne founded in 2008, specializes in strategy, plans, processes, and tactical execution of multi- and omni- channel marketing programs for B2B entrepreneurial companies. She has been a HubSpot partner since 2011. She was cited by The New York Times for innovations in marketing.

Marjan Bradesko

Director, Conscia Center of Excellence

Marjan Bradesko, MSc, has spent his career helping people to learn, grow, and share their knowledge. His background in software engineering and networking has enabled him to connect technology with business. Marjan graduated from University of Ljubljana, and is employed by NIL Ltd, part of Conscia. He leads the Conscia Center of Excellence and uses his broad experience (training delivery, content creation, instructor development, sales) in talent and leadership development. Marjan is a proficient learning expert and an enthusiastic speaker. He writes about learning, personal development, technology, and travel, and has authored four books.

Jeannette Munroe

Senior Director, Sales Enablement

Jeannette Munroe is a lifelong instructional systems designer who has worked in government, non-profit, academic, and commercial markets. She holds a summa cum laude BA in anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh and an MA in instructional systems design from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where she has been a faculty member of the graduate school for the past 16 years. Prior to her current position as senior director for North America revenue enablement at Sodexo, Jeannette was a media spokesperson and communications officer at the Central Intelligence Agency.
