Pamela S. Hogle, a program manager at The Learning Guild, focuses on eLearning technology and trends and explores the ways that L&D professionals can lead changes in mindset and behavior throughout their organizations. She brings these interests to her work creating engaging and relevant content for Learning Solutions magazine and Learning Guild conferences. An experienced journalist, technical writer, and eLearning content developer, Pam has worked in Israel and the United States. She holds master's degrees in journalism and human-canine life sciences.

Andrew Jacobs is founder and learning principal for Llarn Learning. Known for innovative thinking about learning, training, and technology, Andrew has significant experience in a range of roles across learning, training, talent, and people development. This experience has been learnt in a range of industries in both the public and private sectors, most recently in central government with HMRC and DHSC. He has a specific understanding of developing online and digital solutions for learning, social profile and engagement. He is a CIPD Leader in Learning. Andrew blogs daily and produces the podcast “Women Talking About Learning.”

Jenn Donahue

Jenn Donahue, PhD, is a retired US Navy captain and engineer who works on large-scale, high-profile projects. Over her 27-year military career, Jenn built a bridge across the Euphrates River in the midst of the Iraq war, commanded an 800-personnel battalion in Afghanistan, and constructed combat outposts in the middle of deserts filled with insurgents. Jenn has led earthquake and tsunami reconnaissance missions in places like Samoa and Japan; designed the seismic plans for a bridge over the Panama Canal; and built roads in the coldest climes of Ketchikan. Along the way she mentored scores of young leaders.

Rosa Espinal

Rosa Espinal is an HR leader with 25+ years of experience in various industries. Rosa leverages communication, collaboration, and Six Sigma skills to build impactful training programs that optimize the performance of teams and transform company culture. Rosa holds the ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) certification and is completing her bachelor’s in HR administration with American Public University. In her spare time, Rosa volunteers with ATDCFL. Whether in her role as senior HR/OD manager at CareerSource Central Florida or working independently with consultants and other associates, Rosa partners with stakeholders across all levels, creating unified approaches that drive continuous improvement, achieve operational excellence, and transform corporate culture.
