105 Learning Bootcamps: A Model for Creating Quick, Focused Learning Experiences

11:00 AM - 11:45 AM Wednesday, March 15

As leaders, we are all aware that time is the most expensive commodity. Time to create, time to plan, time to learn, time to develop staff—there is no end to the things that require our time. With this in mind, learning leaders need to find ways to create learning experiences that are quick and have a successful impact on the organization’s strategy.

In this session, we will look at a model for creating Learning Bootcamps that applies evidence-based methods of learning and uses interactive learning and experiential outcomes to lead to quick and focused change.

By the end of this interactive session, you will be able to:

  • Use an evidence-based model to create Learning Bootcamps under tight time constraints
  • Apply the model to your own learning projects
  • Provide a new approach that offers quick, impactful learning to your learners & your team
