103 Ignite Your L&D Team: Migrating to Agile Project Management

9:00 AM - 9:45 AM Wednesday, March 15

Are you ready to move your learning organization into an Agile project management framework? What if strict Agile strategies like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe do not meet your learning organization’s needs?

Join this session! We’ll walk through the process of customizing your Agile strategy to meet the needs of your learning organization, breaking down the process into a step-by-step plan including a build and run timeline.

You’ll also learn why and how an L&D team implemented Agile methods, what it took to bring about the change, and lessons learned along the way. We’ll explore the tools we implemented, how the team embraced the change, and how the team’s performance metrics changed in just a year.

In this session you will learn:

  • How to build your Agile strategy and change management plan
  • A process for mapping your data and reporting on operational metrics
  • Lessons learned from an Agile implementation
