During her 11-year tenure at EDF Renewables, Shawn Fisher has expanded her love for learning through various roles. These roles include operations and maintenance administrator, a learning coordinator, an LMS administrator, and an HRIS analyst. Her most recent accomplishment was the design and implementation of EDF Renewables' learning management system. Shawn seeks to find new and efficient ways for learners and users to be more effective, whether it be through internal process improvement or strategic vendor engagement.
