In teams, you'll work with a hypothetical customer to determine business goals and instructional needs. You'll learn how to structure a microlesson that is short and to the point without skimping on practical, helpful information. You and your team will evaluate one another's strengths to assign roles and execute your vision. You'll walk away amazed at what you can accomplish in a day, and you'll have new strategies to apply in your own organization when needs are high and deadlines are tight.
