You've just developed an amazing training for your organization, but you're realizing that learners aren't enrolling. Could it be they are too busy or are they just ignoring it until the very last minute? Maybe they don't even know a new course is live for them to take. What if there was a way to ensure your learners knew when new courses were coming online, and even build up hype around the course so that the next time you release a module, learners are excited and eager to enroll (and complete) your next amazing training?

Creating great content is wonderful, but if your learners can't find what they need, or, even worse, don't know it exists, it's all for nothing. In this session, you'll learn how to use inbound marketing to help you market your courses to internal or external learners, otherwise known as your customers. You'll learn techniques and tips and tricks to identify your "customers" and create an experience that gets them excited to enroll in and complete your training products. You'll brainstorm how to best create workflows to suggest related content to those "customers". You'll learn how to use calls-to-action throughout your intranet sites, LMS, or emails to draw your learners into the content you've created. And you'll learn how to test those new marketing strategies and make adjustments to refine your technique. You'll walk away feeling excited, confident. and ready to take on your new role of learning marketer!
