Gary Hegenbart is an e-Learning and training developer focused on creating effective learning solutions. Currently Gary develops training, e-Learning courses, and online support materials for Blue Planet customers, and he is currently working on creating an online support community. Gary previously worked with the U.S. Coast Guard, developing online training and creating online support solutions. He holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from San Francisco State University.
