He is responsible for product marketing strategy, market research, product positioning and messaging, content development, and sales enablement. T.J. is a seasoned product leader in B2B SaaS organizations of all sizes. He has focused on software and SaaS solutions for financial services, contact centers, risk management, and corporate learning. T.J. has held leadership roles in successful startups resulting in IPO and acquisition, and in large companies including Accenture and Avaya. T.J. earned an MS in e-commerce technology from DePaul University and a BS in business administration from University of Illinois.
