Senior Instructional Designer,

Annecia is a senior instructional designer who specializes in application training. With 15 years of experience, she has worked for IBM’s Knowledge Factory and at Crawford & Company on their case management application roll out. She also served as a trainer in the PeopleSoft implementation for Project Pathfinder at Georgia State University. For the last six years, she has enjoyed the trials and tribulations of working in new eLearning department at a major healthcare systems provider. She holds a Master’s of Science from Georgia State University in Human Resource Development and has published previously in the Atlanta A.S.T.D. newsletter.
