Director of Learning Design , Arise Virtual Soluitons

Kristen Miller is the Director of Learning Design for Arise Virtual Solutions, where her team develops strategic virtual learning programs with an emphasis on active learning techniques and effective interfaces for learning. Over the last 12 years, Kristen has held learning design and technical writing positions in the retail, telecommunications, medical, and real estate industries. Prior to joining Arise in 2017, Kristen worked as the instructional design lead for the Alliance Data (Comenity Bank) call center business, restructuring their onboarding processes for both their customer care and collections call types. Kristen serves as an industry advisor at her alma mater, and in 2017, she was honored and recognized as an Elliott Maisie Learning’s “Thirty under 30.”
