Kristi Ivan is a writer, consultant, and learning experience designer. She’s also the professional learning lead for workplace learning and development at OISE Continuing and Professional Learning at the University of Toronto. She’s passionate about teaching, mentoring, and working with new learning professionals in their Learning Experience Design Certificate. For over 25 years, Kristi has been designing and building online, in-class, and informal learning and performance solutions for corporate and non- profit organizations in a variety of industries, as well as government associations, and higher education. Her own educational background includes a combination of science, education, technology, and creative writing, what she refers to as “the perfect storm” for learning experience design.
