Program Manager for Digital Learning & Engagement, General Electric (GE)

Chantelle Nash, the program manager for digital learning and engagement at GE, has eight years of experience in global L&D. In 2014 she joined the corporate digital learning and technology team at Crotonville, GE’s global leadership development institute, as part of a team tasked with creating BrilliantYOU™, the company’s new digital learning experience platform. Chantelle currently manages the strategy for a range of BrilliantYOU™ learning products as well as the team’s internal communications and marketing. She is also responsible for building engagement to promote a culture of continual learning and informal knowledge-sharing across a target group of approximately 170,000 employees, and her work on GE’s internal social learning blog, Smartbits, earned the 2016 Brandon Hall Gold Excellence Award for “Best Use of Social Collaborative Learning.”
