The co-author of Human Capital Analytics, Kent Barnett, M.B.A., has over 25 years of experience coupling talent development and learning with corporate finance. As co-founder and former President of Productivity Point International from 1988 to 1999, Kent was instrumental in the growth of PPI to over $100 million in annual sales before the company’s acquisition by Knowledge Universe. An early business foundation and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University have contributed to his success as an entrepreneur specializing in the area of human capital analytics.
