Mike Rael is currently the senior program manager for national deployments and internal communications at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group (ENRGI). Mike has been with ENRGI for 11 years and has focused on supporting training and operations with project management and communications as it relates to product and system deployments. Mike received his business degree from the University of Colorado and holds certificates in project management, web design, and internetworking. Mike leads the Wisetail implementation for Einstein Bros. Bagels and Caribou Coffee.
