Alan Elman

Alan Elman is an eLearning technical developer for the U.S. Insurance Group of MassMutual Financial Group. In his 17-year career there, Alan was an early adopter of eLearning using Flash to create narrated videos to highlight new systems for a national sales force of over 4,000. He currently creates media-rich eLearning for more than 2,000 associates. With specific expertise in audio, video, remote learning production, and SharePoint, he has attained mastery of several eLearning development authoring tools. Alan holds degrees in Mass Media, Computer Sciences, and Business Leadership and he has received several MassMutual awards for service excellence and eLearning innovation.
