Chester Stevenson

Learning Solutions Integrator/Instructional Design, The Boeing Company

Chester Stevenson is a learning solutions integrator/instructional designer at The Boeing Company. His role includes front-end analysis, curriculum architecture design, and design and developing web-based/instructor-led training, EPSS, and communities of practice. Prior to Boeing he was an instructional systems site lead at Lockheed Martin, and an instructional designer/trainer at MBS Textbook Exchange. Chester holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Columbia College and master’s degree in organizational performance and workplace learning from Boise State University. He is currently pursuing a PhD in training and performance improvement at Capella University.
