Aparna Sridhar, the lead learning developer for IBM India, has over 15 years of experience in information management, content development, and instructional design. She holds a master’s degree in library and information science and a post graduate certificate in information technology applications from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. She is also certified in Information Mapping, an international, research- based method to analyze, organize, and present clear and user-focused information. In her role at IBM India, she designs the curriculum and develops learning content for instructor led trainings and eLearning content for self-paced virtual trainings, video tutorials, and fun quiz games, among other responsibilities.
