Rachel is a freelance instructional designer and eLearning developer based in Washington, DC. Her projects range from designing internal training for one of the world’s most beloved game studios to Articulate Storyline development for a small communications business. She also serves as a community manager for Cohhe Themes, a producer of WordPress themes. Rachel holds a certificate in Advanced E-Learning Instructional Design from ASTD.
