Eric Peguero

Eric Peguero is the senior director for learning & leadership development at The E.W. Scripps Company, where he is responsible for the enterprise learning strategy and philosophies. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in Puerto Rico, Eric began his professional career as a dancer, dance teacher, and choreographer in the greater Boston area. He then spent over 18 years at Fidelity Investments and over 22 years in financial services as a trainer and quality improvement professional. Eric is a Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds a BA degree from Boston College and an MA degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix.
