Christi Lindensmith is the Learning Specialist on the Learning Solutions team at Saint Elizabeth Heath Care. Christi is a key contributor for organizational-learning and leadership-development strategies to cultivate professional development and service excellence at Saint Elizabeth. Recently, she has focused on the redesign of new-hire orientation at all levels, managing the leadership program, and consulting on other key learning solutions. For the past 20 years, Christi has served in various learning and development roles in health care, technology, and academia, including the design, delivery, and evaluation of eLearning, instructor-led, and blended-learning solutions. She holds a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) designation from the Canadian Society for Training and Development.
