Learning Innovations Lead, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Trust

Cat Oxley is learning innovations lead for Great Ormond Street Hospital’s (GOSH) educational online campus, GOSH Online Learning and Development (GOLD). Cat set up GOLD over five years ago to enable staff to have 24/7 access to their learning and educational resources wherever there is an Internet connection. Her role is broad, covering the design and development of online and blended learning content, games- based learning, and project management of projects with external companies where technology enabled learning is required for staff’s education. Cat encourages staff to utilize emerging technologies in their day-to-day learning as part of the Trust’s learning tool kit and educational strategy.
