Tonya Corley, the development leader in development technology and innovation for Deloitte, is responsible for driving the overall technology vision and effectiveness on behalf of Deloitte’s Development Center of Expertise for the US. She works across multiple groups such as talent, IT services, and global learning for technology execution, and with Deloitte CLOs and their teams in applying innovative best-practice tools to push the envelope for development in the classroom and on the job in order to improve business impacts. In this role, she leads the execution, planning, and piloting of innovative technology components offered at Deloitte University and in other development programs.
