As Senior Instructional Designer for IDEXX Laboratories, Tracy Marshall focuses on customer education located on the IDEXX Learning Center portal. Tracy has worked in the training and development industry for over 15 years, beginning her career training social workers on how to use a complex child-welfare information system. She employed her expertise in the Information Mapping method of analyzing, organizing, and presenting information to most effectively meet employee training needs in the consumer products and supply chain industries. At IDEXX, Tracy leads the instructional design team on eLearning and mLearning projects, collaborating with numerous business partners to create world-class learning.
