For many years, Yvonne Camus competed internationally in adventure racing. At Eco-Challenge 2000 Borneo, the world’s premier expedition racing championship, Ms. Camus and the Canadian team became the first all-rookie team to complete the world’s toughest race. A fascination with the creation of performance excellence and 20 years’ experience as a senior business executive have led her to deliver presentations that have benefited people and companies all over North America. As a working executive, competitive athlete, and mother of three, Ms. Camus has learned the challenging lessons of life balance.
