Kathy DePriest is a learning manager in the global learning organization supporting Global Treasury Solutions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Kathy holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Millersville University and a master’s of education degree in information technology from Pennsylvania State University. Kathy worked with Fleet Credit Card Services, which Bank of America acquired. She has held several positions in her 10 years there, including instructional designer, facilitator, and learning manager. Her breadth of experience and use of adult learning theory has enabled her pioneering mobile-learning efforts to utilize iPads as performance support tools to boost the effectiveness of the global sales force.
