Jeff Stepler leads the development and integration of innovative staff engagement strategies for The Cheesecake Factory’s 32,000 employees. An instructional designer in the late 1980’s, he developed and managed development activities while leveraging the latest in traditional and social learning tools and platforms. After leading his own custom development company for 12 years, Jeff became Senior Vice President of Learning and Leadership Development at the Bank of America. Currently, Jeff focuses on leveraging the latest game dynamics, structured social media platforms, recognition-based leader boards, and reputation-based online communities to make “learning” seem less like learning and more like “just having fun.”
