Glenda Feldt

Performance Consultant, U.S. Coast Guard

Glenda Feldt, Ed.D., CPT, supports the Design & Development Branch of the U.S. Coast Guard’s (USCG) Performance Technology Center. Glenda has been a USCG performance consultant and analyst for nine years, focusing on major systems acquisition projects. She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and a Master’s in Public Administration/Human Resources. Glenda has received the USCG’s Commander’s Award for Excellence in Service and the U.S. Army’s Civilian Service Medal. Before entering federal service, she had extensive leadership experience in Virginia’s secondary schools.
