For over 13 years, Pam Paulsen has designed and delivered multiple classroom and Web-based training interventions including synchronous and asynchronous courses. While leading her team’s efforts in Adobe Captivate, Pam developed and implemented new architectures that utilize rapid development methodologies and reusable learning objects. Pam’s additional e-Learning interests include mobile learning, collaborative authoring, social media integration and graphic design.
