FocusOn Learning 2017: Games

Games are popular in our industry, but organizations need to understand what works (and what doesn’t work) when it comes to using games and gamification in L&D solutions. Through this year’s focus on games, we will examine the growing interest in how games and gamification can enhance organizational performance, and how we can overcome cultural perceptions of using games for learning.

Keynotes Exploring the Trends of Today and Tomorrow

FocusOn Learning features three keynotes that explore how today’s cutting-edge technologies are changing the ways we live, work, and learn. Each session will explore a key theme that will help you understand how and where you can use games in the context of learning. You’ll inspire your creative and innovative side, develop an understanding of what motivates people in an online environment, and put everything you’ve learned at FocusOn Learning into the context of your work.
