401 Automate Project Management Tasks Using Zapier

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 10

Some parts of project management are just tedious: forms to fill out, status updates, tasks and requests track, people to update. Most of these are essential—and can generate many hours of manual updates and processes.

Join this session to learn how to automate some of this work; we’ll use Zapier—a no-code tool that helps you automate processes across different tools. Let's say you have a Survey Monkey form to capture new learning requests for your team. Using Zapier (or another automation tool), you can:

  • Capture that data from Survey Monkey
  • Email the project manager
  • Schedule a meeting with stakeholders
  • Add a to-do item in your Trello account with key details
