801 Design Is Trending Toward the Workflow: What Does That Mean and Why Should We Care?
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Thursday, December 3
Nine months ago, our plans changed probably forever. Will there be a return to “normal”? To some degree, yes, BUT many things won’t—and probably shouldn’t—go back to normal. The design of our solutions is one of them. When the average employee's workflow changed—and for many shifted home—the underpinning of how their workflow, and how it was supported, changed dramatically. The requests that poured into L&D weren’t about classes but rather about performance gaps. We needed to pivot. Enter, workflow learning.
During this session we’ll explore what workflow learning is and why this approach to design is so critical to our survival today, and going forward. It’s a brave new world and workflow learning is here to stay!
