201 Empathy, Engagement, and Effectiveness: A Path to Success

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 2

Look around. It's not business as usual. Business models have had to adjust. More people are working from home and for those that can’t, in-person learning is just not feasible. The need for digital learning experiences is more urgent than ever, and that means expectations are higher. Leaders expect better results delivered faster and learners expect consumer-grade experiences. Join Sublime Media as we discuss how empathy and engagement are the foundations for the most effective learning. We’ve invited Kristy Blaise, the executive director, L&D of business engagement at Comcast, to showcase the training program we created to generate excitement and change the way employees relate to customers.
