201 Make the Switch: Drive Learning & Development with Data-Driven Analytics

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 8

Learning and Development professionals everywhere are being tasked with re-skilling and up-skilling their workforce. The need for real-time analytics to determine what type and level of learning you create and provide is critical. Businesses are looking for the “right training at the right time”. Do you have answers to “who needs what, when, how and is this a business priority?” Utilizing data from competency systems will help you move to a competency-based learning model.

In this session, you will learn the impact of a skill and competency-based learning model to the business and workforce, competency structure fundamentals, what the data looks like and how the data impacts the training and an example business engagement framework structure.
