One of the most important aspects of adoption is data strategy. I would define data strategy, describe why a data strategy is important, and show the steps to run a successful data strategy. Participants will be shown how to build documentation to ensure they will understand why decisions were made and to build a consistent language when they are ready to implement their xAPI project.
